While mowing this overgrown lawn for a disabled woman, one of the neighbors confronts me and thought I wasn't doing a good job. I got done doing the first mow and she thought I was putting my equipment up and leaving. She said the homeowner wouldn't be happy paying me with the job I did. I explained to her that I wasn't finished. She kept on saying I missed some spots mowing and I didn't even trim. I explained again that I would be working on this property for awhile and she was more than welcome to judge my work when I was actually done. Her tone changed the more work I did. I actually like that she was looking after her neighbor. Everything ended very well.

That driveway transformation alone is worthy enough of a vid... wow.
  • If Karen was so worried about the lawn transformation you were doing, why didn’t she take care of her neighbor’s yard?

Thank you for: 1. Taking care of this woman's yard. 2. Not running over the KAREN 3. Killing it with kindness and reason. Hope you made everyone's day.

Karen's never apologize, they just pass it off so they can feed their ego by being "friendly" when proven wrong after being deplorable.

When you remain calm and explain nicely like a gentleman that you are, your magic wand is to turn Karen’s into Caring people… great work Capt.EO !!

"Karen" could have offered to help her neighbor instead of attacking the person who was ACTUALLY WORKING to clean up the yard. SMH... Thank you for your kindness to those who are in need of help, kindness, and understanding!

I'm disabled and I really appreciate this! That poor woman next door just doesn't have enough to do. You did a great job!
  • That yard was really neglected. As a struggling senior myself I understand how a yard can get out of hand. Thank you for for your care and compassion.

How kind you are and how tolerant and nonjudgmental you were in handling the neighbor!
  • @bctruck
She cared enough to “look out for her neighbor” while you were cutting it, but not enough to lend a hand to her neighbor before the lawn got to this point. I meet lots of those types.

Add on: someone remarked regarding “looking out for her neighbour “. Has she ever offered any help to this disabled woman? If not, why not? Unless she herself has issues with age or health she had no right to make any judgements, and should offer assistance.

I'm not sure which was better. The outcome of your generous effort or the way you handled Karen. Great job on both!
  • Damn man you did an amazing job 👏 thank you for helping a disabled person for free. We need more people like you!

Brian, I had two careers; one as a navy officer and one as a high school teacher. I learned long ago that common sense and common courtesy aren't very common. Well done!

" A soft answer turns away wrath." You set a good example for us all. Great yard transformation!

She wasn’t watching out for her neighbor, she saw an opportunity to tell a full grown man what to do! Some women live for that!

I bet the disabled woman truly appreciated this, may have even made her weep. Thank you for your kindness, time and effort. Many blessings are wished for you. 💖🙏💫🌎

I work for a non-profit that helps the elderly in my town. It's very difficult to obtain help for them in small rural areas. This wonderful man is a real blessing to his community.

Brian, my favorite part of the video is exactly how you handled the situation with the neighbor. Glad to see that she changed her tune at the end. How you treated the situation speaks volumes about you as a human being, caring about others, and how you were raised. God bless you for your kind heart and generosity. Stay safe out there. Much love from Virginia.

With so many bad things happening everywhere, it’s people like you that tell us there are still genuinely good people out there and they’re willing to help others. Thank you.
