  • The fact that he can talk about it is mindblowing. This is mindblowing.
  • My condolences. I took a harness due to sudden weather changes up in high altitudes. I strap myself in and I recommend it for everyone else.
  • Rest in power. I've been to this place. 😢

So very sorry for your loss. You weren’t being excessive you guys were just doing what you normally do. She was all in and you were all in. It’s just circumstances didn’t quite pan out. You did not in any way shape or form fail her. You were actually her hero that day and joining her and something that she loved to do. She loved her adventures with you.
  • May she rest in peace. May you find comfort and peace....You and your family have my deepest sympathy!!!
  • I'm sorry you lost your daughter, may she rest in peace. Adding more safety features would only encourage more unprepared and under qualified people to attempt to summit Half Dome. Putting safety features on nature isn't the answer.
  • I'm looking at the rails and how people are on it and how did she just drop? It seems she would've fell on others INSIDE the ropes also wish she would've just grabbed and held on to the rails. Was she too sleepy or it happened so fast? It's hard to believe someone just falling trying to decend. WOuldn't she grab on to the sides?

Imagine admitting that it's dangerous, knowing inclement weather was approaching, NOT wearing safety gear... and still trying to blame anyone but yourself. R.I.P. to the daughter, truly a tragedy, but he needs to STFU. He doesn't rep us in AZ.
  • While checking off the bucket list Don’t forget to check the weather Not everything needs to be done right now!

😢. Do they have break areas for people to use to get off the main line??? And they need 1 more line at least. One for up one for down. It would make sense. Sorry for your loss, brother.❤😢

Nobody goes home before their time. It was her time to go, and at least you were with her.. I see no way of my last words, bringing you any peace. There is truth and what I said though. She was with her best friend when she went home. She wasn’t alone.
  • That’s sad, there is alway’s a risk for anything adventurous, just a sad freak accident
