If you do change your snare head, I would suggest the red hydraulic coated. I used the Red heads from 89 until they stopped making them . Think I'll try them them again.

Got these heads yesterday (with the free UV1 head), they look and sound awesome

I used some player points and got the snare head. I liked it so much I got the entire set. Should have them Wednesday.

I am fairly a plain jane when it comes to appearance, so these are a bit loud for me (visually) but love the sound of them. I am pleased to know they come in glass which just looks like a clear head. However, these would probably look great on my flat black Yamaha Rock Tours.

They sound cool but I don't want them in red. Hopefully they make the same in clear. If not I'm willing to keep on muffling with gels and rings and stuff
