If you want to visit the Munich, Germany and the small town south, then we have a place for you--Helen, Georgia! This small town in the north Georgia mountains is perfectly themed as a Bavarian German town, right down the architecture and food (schnitzel!!!). It also has a ton of southern charm and hospitality. This hidden gem is only a short drive from Atlanta, but makes you feel like you are worlds away. We stayed for a long weekend and experienced the amazing local food scene, the beautiful waterfall known as Anna Ruby Falls, and one of the most mesmerizing downtown Christmas displays we've ever seen.
