You never know what someone has gone through in their life. I give respect until you lose the right.

Every time I see a comment on one of Burden’s newer songs where someone is saying something along the lines of, “Who is this dude to speak on stuff like this….”. I usually reply, “Who are you to speak on someone that you don’t know their story…. Let me help you out.” Then link to this track for them. ….. Great Reaction as Always. And appreciate y’all doing this one. It’s “too real” for like 90% of reactors it seems. Mad respect to #BurdenWorld for bearing his soul on this one.

There are few artists these days I'll let my kids listen to. Very few of them are saying anything of value or providing my kids a good role model. Burden is one of the ones we listen to together (Along with Mesus and Tom MacDonald). He's had a rough life, been through some shit, and still he owns who he is. Talks about his struggles, what it took him to survive, etc. His lyrics aren't always kid friendly, but I'd rather them hear "I fucked up. I struggle but I keep on moving forward" (not actual lyrics, but you know what I'm saying) instead of "Pop some zannies and fuck some bitches".

Bro burden has some fire ass songs. Homegrown, I feel good, highs and lows, we the people and much more
