here's an idea, why don't they stop spiking the municipal water supply with fluoride and supplement the water with magnesium. they'd rather dumb us down with fluoride, then get us healthy wit magnesium.

Based on the thousands of lab tests I have seen at my job, magnesium deficiency is way higher than 40% of the population. I would estimate it's at least 80% if not higher.

Thanks. Agree, very important. Been taking L-threonate and citrate forms of Mg for many years. Malate added recently. On top of eating a lot of greens. Mg blood tests have shown top, or beyond top, of ref. range.

When diagnosed with Afib 8 years ago I was lucky enough to have a cardiologist who told me about magnesium and it was paramount I begin to supplement it which would help maintain my heart rhythm. Now at age 72 I can say it works very well and has for 8 years.
  • Thank you for another comprehensive video. Have been taking magnesium threonate for many years - started because it eliminated restless leg syndrome which have had since childhood. Seem to need 3 2000 mg before bed. In the morning take Mag IQ which is glycinate and is slow release. Also take taurine and glycine with NAC. Also take many other amino acids. Will be 80 in May on no drugs but started all this because of a severe osteoporosis bone scan April ‘22. Next one April ‘24 to learn if diet and making bone building yogurt (L- Reuteri )and supplements are now building quality bone . Have had many vertebral fractures and am hoping as they heal in 6 weeks, they are rebuilding strong bones. Thank you for sharing all your help!
