I feel like Michael afton is like the unsung tragic hero of the fnaf franchise,he has a lot of importance throughout the lore of the games

Micheal is way too underrated in this franchise. He's a huge part of it and his story is so deep. Poor guy accidentally killed his brother at the direction of his father and blamed himself for it his entire life, lost his sister and father, and had to burn them in the end. Not to mention getting betrayed by his sister and getting scooped just to become a walking human suit.

1:56 you know this part is just really sad to me for some reason. At this point in the time line Michael really is all alone. His siblings are dead, his mother divorced his father, then his father just disappears one night.

Nobody ever talks about Michael and the hell he's been through! - He killed his little brother by accident - Drove his dad insane from that, and presumably made him the killer he is now. - Lost his sister and was scooped after finding her. - Became a walking corpse and had to hide from everyone. - Was finally burnt to death by Henry, who was trying to end the madness. Too bad SB put all he went through for nothing

Michael sacrificed his life to eradicate his father's sins. Repeatedly. He is probably one of the greatest heroes in history.

Michael Afton is probably one of my favorite and the most tragic character in the entire fnaf series I'm glad you did him justice with this vid. Love the scene of him staring up at his little brother's bear, shows that despite all that happened to him (entire family dead and getting scooped) he still feels guilt over his brothers death.

michael and henry need more credit honestly michael sums up most of my fav lore like the bite of 83 and sister location and kinda surviving the scooper. and henry thanks for free-ing the souls lmao

God damn, wow. It's videos like these that remind me why I fell in love with this franchise nearly 9 years ago now. Man, it's been so long, haha. Seriously though, the story telling in the video is fantastic paired with this song's lyrics. That, and the animation is really wonderful, the character models are all so perfect! I am shocked how well you managed to avoid the uncanny valley when animating their normal human models. I know that can be a real challenge to make them look alive with this style of 3D animation. Amazing work!

This might be telling us that the entire games isn't a story about a haunted pizzeria, it's the story of a family, "The Afton's". And this song is so good it is telling us the story of one, Michael. Of how he accidentally killed his brother, his sister got scooped and him too, and how his father became a killer, and him for 30 years finding his father Afton and ending this cycle of torment and freeing the souls of the kids.
