The Hub Dialogues feature The Hub's editor-at-large, Sean Speer, in conversation with leading entrepreneurs, policymakers, scholars, and thinkers on the issues and challenges that will shape Canada's future at home and abroad. So the moderator makes statements that gov't is the problem with housing distribution. Ms. Lang states that in fact gov't has not done enough. Moderator has nothing to counter her argument except to quote a fact from a Hub study. He is so reflexive and lack of ability to discuss issues.

Governments need to get back to the actual construction of affordable housing. The market has proven, that it will not do it. It was silly and childish of us to think, back in the 1990s that they would.
