I spent 30 minutes trying to adjust my treadmill belt evenly only for me to keep making it worse lol. Figured I’d watch a YouTube video cause I felt like crying and giving up. After watching this video, I kid you not I fixed the belt in 5 minutes. Such a lifesaver, thank you!!

Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. Excellent video and excellent advice. I did some lubrication on my belt and cleaning for the first time since I have owned it. That has been about 10 years. After my lubrication, the belt was tracking to the right. Nothing I did was helping and only made the problem worse. After watching this, I fixed the belt alignment in about 5 minutes. Super helpful video. This is the the kind of content that YouTube is perfect for. Thank you!

Thank you for this. I tried to adjust the tension of my treadmill's belt and the manual that came with the treadmill did not seem to make sense at all. It said to move one screw clockwise while moving the other counterclockwise. I watched your video and you confirmed my suspicion. Thank you for that!

This is the second Treadmill friend I've owned bestgym.equipment t was easy to assemble and easier to fold than my last one. The controls are a lot better as well. I give it 5 stars!
