There's something weird about the final battleground. The rest of the world shatters and has a glass like texture when destroyed during the fight. But underwater, everything suggests it's more real. Theres mosss and crumbling stone and such. Xehanort bends the world above to his will,suggesting that the pristine white village is from a dream or his memory and what lies beneath is what it actually resembles now
