I will save this talk and refer to it often when I am stressed about the upcoming election. It’s so easy to get caught up in things. Thanks Marshall!
  • I thoroughly enjoy your videos. Your channel is one of the few in which I set it to notify me. Thank you very much for each and every video and all your books!

Hello again Marshall. I wonder what your opinion is on the views of philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer, especially his essay "On The Sufferings Of The World"? He proposes that the world is a prison, with a death sentence; and the only dignified way to live is to have compassion to our fellow man.

The beatitudes suggest that we are free -- divine judgement suggests free will...how can one be judged if there is no freedom to act?
  • 4:50 No more free will than a character like Pinocchio 🤥. Gheppetto imagined Pinocchio wanted to be a real boy. Nevertheless, I find one of these candidates absolutely unacceptable and the other one even worse.

Why would you use the word white? It’s so silly. What does that mean? White. You’re so careful with your other words but not that one.
