Hello again Marshall. I wonder what your opinion is on the views of philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer, especially his essay "On The Sufferings Of The World"? He proposes that the world is a prison, with a death sentence; and the only dignified way to live is to have compassion to our fellow man.

The beatitudes suggest that we are free -- divine judgement suggests free will...how can one be judged if there is no freedom to act?

4:50 No more free will than a character like Pinocchio 🤥. Gheppetto imagined Pinocchio wanted to be a real boy. Nevertheless, I find one of these candidates absolutely unacceptable and the other one even worse.
