Why is a photo of Washington DC shown at the beginning of a video about the state of Washington, when the two are nearly three thousand miles from each other?
-
I love how the Washington monument is shown at the start of the video.
-
FYI---The Washington Monument is NOT in Washington State. 🙄
-
Okanagan. Is oak-Ka-nagan. We have many Native American names. We can tell you’ve never really been here. Try Puyallup.
-
I lived in Poulsbo (pronounced Pauls-bo) and worked in Port Townsend when I was in my 20s, and it was such a wonderful time in my life! Its a very beautiful area.
-
My sister lived in Gig Harbor, it's a nice place and doesn't feel like a city/town because of all the trees... Beautiful place indeed.
-
I have lived in Washington state my whole life, except for five months when I lived in Minnesota. I know every town you have mentioned here and each and every one of these towns is swoonworthy . I love each and every oneof them. Thank you for this collection of lovely towns.
-
I find it funny how the first and last images of this video about Washington State are of Washington DC.
-
Belllingham location wise is one of the most overlooked cities in washington state! Ocean front, Mt. Baker, 25 min from Canada, lakes, mountian trails and more!
-
You can see the norther light as well from Winthrop if you get up on a high hill....Absolutely amazing...It really is pretty cool.
-
Thank you! Great video!

Washington state is truly beautiful and unique. My favorite thing, when I lived there in Seattle, was owning a cabin cruiser, and going all over the Salish Sea. It is the most amazing water world of quaint and chic harbors and majestic anchorages.

Don't bother with Friday Harbor or anywhere in the San Juan Islands. Ferry is a joke, everything is so EXPENSIVE and the people are incredibly rude and entitled. Spend your money elseware.
-
I think you picked some great places in WA and I’ve been to all and agree with most on your list. Good job! 👍
-
Spoiler Alert from someone who lives right by Gig Harbor: Pretty much everything in West Washington is GORGEOUS
-
When talking about Winthrop they were showing footage of twisp wa.
-
I need to visit Leavenworth in the summer cause I'm tired of all the snow photos. Leavenworth in the summer is beautiful too.
-
Really enjoyed seeing which towns where chosen for this video. Having lived in the Seattle area for more than 50 years, I've had the opportunity to visit most of your choices. I hardily agree...all are beautiful, quaint, and a delight. It was fun to listen to so many mispronounced names!! We are used to correcting visitors because many names are Native American names. Was pleasantly surprised that the commentator nailed Sequim but messed up on Bellingham!! (BellingHAM...not BeillingHum.)

San Jaun Islands are beautiful and I think that the people are great. We went every year to the cabin and loved it

I grew up in Anacortes on Fidalgo Island, I was always grateful I grew up surrounded by great beauty. Now I live a few miles from Poulsbo. I've been to every place you mentioned, they all have their charms.
