Can't get to the post season without having a good enough regular season. But 2011 is often overlooked and he should of been in the mvp debate.

Agree with most of the video, except for a couple of things. First, Eli never had great teams playing behind him. In 16 years he had 44 Pro Bowlers and 7 All-Pros playing behind him compared to the NFL average of 48 PBs and 12 APs. Also, his defenses had an average rank of 19 and an average of 17th in rushing. The only great thing was those defenses during those SB runs, while Eli carried the offense. Second, he was clutch during the regular season. He carried that bad team in 2011 to the POs by setting multiple 4th Q records. Not to mention those improbable comebacks like his 500-yard game vs TB in '12 or that 17-point CB vs the Eagles in '06. Critics/trolls - don't bother with a reply, I'll ignore it.

Not one player Eli played with is going to the Hall. He played his whole career without a #1 WR, TE or a Dominate RB.

Some people overrate him and act like he was amazing. Other people vastly underrate him and act like he was trash. At his best, he was tough and a playmaker. At his worst, he was a liability and cost his team games. As a 49ers fan, that 2011 [Jan 2012] game was among the toughest games I have seen a QB play. Sacked 5 times and knocked down at least 12 times with a lot of pressures, yet just kept getting back up, led his team, and against tight man to man coverage, he found ways to throw his guys open.

My favorite player of all time. He was maddeningly inconsistent but he has two legendary super bowls. Very unique career for that reason alone
  • @BrandonHardaker
Eli was a post season machine! I'm from New Jersey where the Giants play their home games. Big giants fan!
  • @tmofog
He had 2 great postseason runs. But he had many. many awful regular seasons that were NOT Hall of Fame worthy. The truly great quarterbacks were more consistent throughout their careers and could make even their average teams competitive.
  • @ImSizo
Good enough to beat Brady in sb twice. He’s low key my hero lol
  • @Kyle-gi2jb
I wanted so badly for Eli to beat Brady in the Super Bowl a third time before they retired. That would have been AMAZING! 😂😂😂
  • @dariusjones2593
He had alot of picks because of system, Kevin Gilbride ran a run and shoot style offense with option routes which lead to boom or bust plays
  • @alexeletto7704
I don’t understand why Eli gets so much hate. He’s a great QB no matter what.
  • @Clownlife432
“You might think you’d want Brady”. Yes, I would 😹
  • @Docmain3
If Terry Bradshaw is a Hall of Famer then Eli Manning is definitely.
  • @blakebrown84
Eli Manning was alright as a quarterback. He won 2 Super Bowls by beating Tom Brady twice. He is part of the Manning dynasty.🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈
  • Given how the giants feel about Daniel jones it makes me feel we took Eli for granted at times
  • Eli isn't on the level of his brother but there's a reason he's one if the best to play the position
