He was tricked into getting on the plane with some ruse, and didn't know it was flying across the border. He wasn't arrested until the plane landed in the US. In most places, that is called easily fooled, not kidnapping. Being the head of a drug cartel, one would think he'd be pretty familiar with kidnapping.

Shame. You experienced violence? Now place your hands behind your back.
-
Now he knows how his victims feel

Don't commit crimes against a country, while in another country and expect nothing to happen. If you order a "hit" on someone in the US from another country. Do you cry wolf when bounty hunters come for you in your country? Bring em in. You have a warrant for your arrest and we have the right to bring you in. Oh well
-
Why are you repeating a drug lords statement?
-
Awe, sorry bro. Totally not fair. Life sucks huh?
-
Typically, drug dealers do not "voluntarily" show up to be arrested.
-
And we are supposed to feel sorry for him why?
-
