Consensus statement report on Personality Disorder

The lady at the start of this piece spoke really well about her own experiences and the importance of providing treatments to people in distress, but the editor of this news item should not have led with a story which will connect 'personality disorder' to dangerousness - it is very rare for someone with BPD to harm someone else. The rest of the piece goes on to talk about the harm caused by the assumption that PD means dangerousness - but surely the way this news item was put together simply adds to that problem?
