Hellsing Ultimate / Demons Do Not Cry Tribute

Alucard hated being a monster to the point where he shed tears seeing his nemesis walk the same path that he did.

"Don't do it, human. Don't become a monster, a monster like me." This hits me like a truck.

"A creature of such weakness that I could not bear the weight of a human life." This line always hits home with me.

This was the first time I saw where the protagonist wants to die but only by the hands of a human because living the life as a human is a life worth living

This scene was like a thousand Mufasa deaths to me. Alucard really does envy us weak pathetic creatures. And to see his greatest enemy (who is a man of god no less) make the same mistake he did was truly heartbreaking for him. I guess even the devil himself still has a heart.

Monsters are not grotesque animals from hell... Monsters are simply humans who gave up their humanity.

"Do you intend to use that scrap of miracle to become nothing more than a scrap of miracle yourself?" Powerful.

It cannot be overstated how amazing Crispin Freeman's performance here was

Demons do not cry. Alucard is a noble among the evil. And i like how this video honors both alucard and anderson at same time.

This is why hellsing will be the best anime out there ever no anime has wrighting like it no anime has fight scenes like it no anime will ever be as good as hellsing

This is wonderful. Most works focus on the action of Hellsing rather than the emotional undercurrent present. This? This is a work of art, I would say.

odd to say but this is my favorite anime death scene. anderson is my favorite character in hellsing and he dies like a champion with an amazing speech. Anderson: Demons do not cry.
