Life on Mars was just the best, the interaction between John Simm and Philip Glenister was incredible.I love Sam but Gene was my favorite.
-
Gene Hunt’s one liners are legendary 😂
-
I just found the show a month ago and watched it. That’s my new favourite show.

Sam: "White dog shit... Takes me back...." Me: "To what?" Sam: "30 years from now." Me: "You on drugs or something?" Sam: "Probably..." Me: *Walks away slowly* O_o

Sounds like Steve Mangan to me. Love it when PG talks about the BBC censors not being able to do anything ;)

1:54 exactly, that is what's missing from tv now
-
Lovely program, So much better then the US version.
-
I know a lot of people hated the ending of the US series (and the series in general) but I think it was a good take on the original and the ending completely caught me by surprise.

What is it that Gene says at 3:30? "Put that...XXXX...down"? I can't make out what he said.

In a way I’m glad TV is terrible now as saves me a TV licence. I have this on DVD and enjoyed it very much and how many people were wishing Gene Hunt was the Commissioner of Police for the Met
