I want to take this moment to thank you for all this wisdom. (Not this one video, but all of it combined.) I realy find the REAL info i need to better myself to be able to finaly become whom i should be. (Without all the overthinking and becoming insecure because of it.) Stoic wisdom has me got to seek professional help so i can help get myself past the triggering childhood trauma's and corrupted/dammaged thinkingpaterns that come with it. (The monster thats inside me) All these CLEAR insights are what my brain can process and work with. A real step by step plan to fixing and bettering myself.. Gaining real selfworth instead of letting outside vallidation/events determine my state of mind. What you are helping me become i am unbelievably greatfull for.
