HUGE difference in 4 months man, Dedication!!!! i started at 346 and i am 5ft 11. with a 29in inseam. i haven't hit the gym but through change of diet and just being more active i am down around 300. lost 30 of it in 2 months, over the summer, then i really started working at it. how tall are you? i will be hitting the gym as soon as i get a job and can afford it though. inspirational man.

It's been a process, first thing I did was quit Soda and drinking water throughout the day. Making little choices like wheat, whole grain or non-fat foods and a lot more chicken/eggs. I try not to eat past 7pm (which is hard lol). For exercise I cycle different muscle groups at the gym about 5-6 times a week and do about 30min cardio about 2-3 times a week.
