Professors ki job ke liye All india level par vacancies aani chahiye just like IAS /IPS. Aur jo exam clear kre bas use ko job milni chahiye professors ki. Becoz even if someone has phd it does not mean that he is very knowledgeable in that subject. And we know how phd are done in india, 99% phd reserarch ka society, country , gov. Ko koi fayda nhi hai. It is just a copy paste job. It will be better if there is All India Services for Assistant professors also. So best candidates will come into this profession just like IAS/IPS. But rather in most big colleges and universities jobs are given on the basis ki aapki sifaarish kitni upar se hai.

Universities mein professor ki job sifaarish se milti hai. Net ki jyada kuch value nhi hai. Isse badiya to state level par exam hona chahiye professors ki job ke liye.

I have qualified UGC NET in three different disciplines ( Geography, economics and archeology) but still I'm unemployed here and during PhD interview there's a huge politics even though you have jrf also you should have a strong political connections.

Sir...NET wale ka koi value nahi raha...kisi college mein interview tak ke liye shortlist nahi krte jaldi...kyu ke sabkuch ka wajah hai API score...Waise baaki information ke liye shukriya..

😂😂😂 I am 10 times NET qualified with 4 subjects...HRM, MBA , History, Education...but still working in a private college and meri salary government school ke primary level ke teacher ke barabar hi.....😏😏😏 Wastage of time

So many indians are teaching online for students America Canada UK from home via mediator. As a result they don't get actual money. How any body can advertise, so that they can get their own students from such countries? Please make a video about.

Net qualified in political science se but unemployed hu man hi nhi krta phd krne ka koi scope nhi dikh rha phd krke bhi.... Ajkl sbko job chaiye qualifications ko koi nhi puchta

Aap keh rhe hai NET krlo toh chinta khtm, UPSC coaching kehte hai UPSC krlo to hamesha ke liya chinta khtm, RBI exam coaching wale kehte hai ye krlo to ghar ki chinta khatam, Ab lagta hai mai hi khatam ho jaaunga, exam ek bhi nhi nikalta bs umar aur mai hi khatam ho jaunga 🎉

Thank you make video this topic. Mai bhi NET qualified hu but no job in Uttar Pradesh, yaha tak enrollment ke liye bhi college or university uss site ko close karke rakha hai.

Sir, despite of clearing NET, possessing 2 professional degrees , double Masters degree, and Gold medalist and silver Medalist and having performed very well in the interview, I was not selected for the job. However candidate who possessed Masters degree was selected. I am highly disappointed.

यह एक अंधेरी गुफा है कुछ हाथ लग गया तो ठीक वरना घूमते रहो जिंदगी भर कभी ना खत्म होने वाले उजाले की तलाश में... मैं खुद 2 बार नेट क्वालिफाइड हूं पॉलिटिकल साइंस से (2019,2023) लेकिन कोई फायदा नही अभी रोजगार की तलाश में हूं।😢
