Mental Athletics: Loneliness and being alone

After close to a decade of being surrounded by friends most of time, dealing with loneliness was very difficult for me. Led to me becoming depressed and apathetic about my life. Fortunately as time went by I managed to start appreciating the many benefits of solitude aka being alone, without feeling lonely. The most important for me is being able to focus on myself and self care.
