Bananas! Bananas will kill the heat instantly. I love fruits sprinkled with chili powder (Mexican style). About 20 years ago I purchased some chili powder and a whole bunch of various fruits to sample with the powder. No matter how much chili powder we placed on the bananas, the heat was instantly stopped. From that day on, I have tried various chilies with Bananas- without fail- Bananas always stopped the chili's heat.

I have to say that even for a guy who’s been to over 65 countries and have visited Thailand numerous times for last 12 plus years, I find you videos informative, funny and motivational. I think you’ve been pushing most people in right directions for awhile and i personally appreciate it. I am currently in Bangkok possibly looking at retirement visa.
