  • I agree with your closing comments. I've been to Thailand twice, and I'm going back in about two and a half months. There is no where on earth that I would rather wander and eat than Bangkok.
  • Chris , pleasure meeting you mate. So love your videos ๐Ÿ‘ (Dougie from Scotland)

My wife and I love Suda. Their crab fried rice is heaven as is their Thai beef salad. Thanks for showing us a little heaven.

Chris, this is one of the things I love about your program. Taking people off the tourist trail and showing them the value of the real Thai experience. Like you said, you just can't beat these little mom and pop food stalls and restaurants. Thanks!

I walked by Krua Khun Puk about 5 times on my way to Det5 and honestly have to say didn't know it was another great place to go. They look so hidden when you are walking down the street you pass by them so quickly!! Great job on this vid.

Great selection of Restaurants Chris. I visited Jai Fai on Maha Chai Road years before she became a Micheline Star place and even back then she had line ups for 40 minutes plus, so waiting for 1 hours is no biggie. I need to go visit her again now that she is a Celebrity

Pandan leaves, such a delicate but distinctive flavour, that just adds an extra something to dishes, like many ingredients. In Thai cooking though, their expertise in combining these flavour notes together, is what makes it really stand out.

You guys are surely making me jealous haha, looking good! Thank you for making a video about healthy food over there! Watch out of them chili peppers! :D
  • OMG, I have my boring dinner in US while watching you having my favorite Thai food in Thailand. Jok is a dish that Thais like to eat as breakfast because it is very hot when it's served. No wonder you both were sweating ๐Ÿ˜…. That's Pad see ew is really caught my eyes. Although I am Thai, I have never seen Pad see ew looking that good. I am sure it tastes very good too!

Oh, I can't wait! I'm starving myself here in preparation!!! They put oyster sauce on the greens? Drat! TeeNee is downloaded and activated!

Great video! Jok with chili flakes is a must for me. Seeking out the wonderful and sometimes hidden mom-and-pop shops cannot be overstated enough.
