Excellent tutorial Maria 👍. Well balanced diet, exercise, good nights sleep, All play their part in looking and feeling good. Unloading any stress is a big one, I find that walking in the countryside and being around nature is a great stress buster, I would think stress contributes greatly to ageing faster.
