    Blue outline reminds me of when Mob has that white and blue aura around him whenever his powers perk up. I’ve also seen the blue outline used in the actual show when they want the character to look like they’re glowing or in a bright room — in those cases it’s usually cause Mob is in a near death experience or experiencing great joy. So this blue outline is actually very clever not just from colour theory, but also story-wise.
