NEED An AR-15

Anytime you have a conversation about guns in this country, this question will inevitably come up.

Why Does Anyone “NEED” an AR-15?

Most people who ask this question are asking this question to truly understand.

However, everyone else who asks this question is doing so from a place of deceit because they know the second amendment is part of the bill of rights and not the bill of needs, so they know there isn't a NEED requirement for which guns you can own under the SECOND AMENDMENT.

That said, this question comes up pretty often so for the people who genuinely want to know why you NEED an AR15 I'm going to give you the Top 5 reasons.

However, as important as the type of gun is when it comes to self-defense, it's also about the training and ensuring you're prepared.

That's why I'm a USCCA member.

It's an easy way to cover all my bases if I ever had to use my gun in self-defense.

I could find myself in a costly legal case to prove that using my gun was justified.

The beautiful thing about a USCCA membership is that you don't just get self-defense insurance; you also get access to their treasure trove of education and training programs.

The “assault rifle” that the man bought for his wife was a Hi-Point pistol caliber carbine lol. Thank you for one more piece of evidence that conclusively demonstrates that anti-gunners aren’t concerned with a weapons lethality. Rather, they want to ban weapons that LOOK scary to them..

As a former military member, and living in Alaska, knowing that the vast majority of my neighbors keep firearms, I definitely feel safer than a lot of Americans in their current state. Thank you for pointing out the fact that armed citizens make a huge difference in overall safety, compared to "Gun Free Zones". Don't be afraid of guns... they aren't evil or good... they don't pull the trigger. If local, state, or federal governments make more laws that limit or decrease the number of American citizens that can own guns, it only makes everyone more vulnerable to criminals who don't care what the laws say. Making more laws isn't the answer. Enforcing existing laws would help. Some politicians seem to think they can infringe on your Constitutional right to keep and carry firearms... violating their oath to defend the Constitution when sworn into office. Great stuff... as usual from Colion Noir

I wanted to be armed for years but always considered the cost to be prohibitive. In 2020, when the civil unrest started, it was 10 blocks from my house. I ordered my receivers and parts kit that same week and a pistol to carry when I leave the house. I feel a lot safer now. I worry about being robbed, but I no longer fear it.

Whatever they want to us not to own is exactly what we should definitely own.

When asked why do you need an AR-15 the answer is quite clear. I need an AR-15 because too many people think I shouldn’t have one.

    1 - I want one 2 - I want one 3 - I can afford one 4 - Its legal to buy one 5 - A strangers approval isn’t necessary

oh man, when I saw the Hi-Point being called/considered an "assault weapon," I giggled a bit... but then I remembered they call ALL semi auto rifles, or even pistols, "assault weapons." The narrative they push is outlandish. Great and concise video, sir, as always! Thanks!

At 68 - next month - and living alone most of the time because my son works out of state for long periods - a year or more - I have been thinking about acquiring a firearm. After watching so many videos, I'm confused but this video has given me a better idea. thank you.

This man is one of the greatest voices for the second amendment. He’s smart, he’s educated on the topics, and he’s not afraid to speak out on the issues.

It's probably been said a million times but I will say it again, I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

“Bill of rights, not bill of needs”…the best explanation I’ve ever heard.
  • @Steamaroon
I was arguing with some guy under a gun post and within 2 comments he inevitably goes to the “why do you need a rifle that shoots such a large round”. I then explained to him in great detail how the actual projectile of a 2.23/5.56 round is basically the same width as a 22s, they just travel much faster. I also told him about how most pistol rounds are in fact larger and heavier than a 5.56 projectile and are only not as powerful because they’re not as fast. I also attempted to explain the difference between a hollow point and a penetrator round but I guess he couldn’t grasp the concept of barely-advanced ballistic behaviors.
