Crazy to think that James Mangold has made the biopics of both Johnny Cash & Bob Dylan!

Judging by the facial expressions while singing I can tell Timothée has put on the work, that along with the cinematography and a trailer that is not too flashy makes me think we're in for a treat!

Me and my dad didn't always see eye to eye, to put it lightly. But Bob Dylan.. somehow his music connected us, and somehow this trailer looks like the right way to tell this amazing story!

I wasn't so convinced of Timothee for this role, but man. That voice seems spot on, I'll for sure be watching this one.

you can tell from his facial expressions while singing alone that he studied so hard for this role and that those four years between when he got casted and now were definitely not wasted. finally seeing this trailer is making me slightly emotional, especially because there was a time when it looked like the entire film was gonna be scrapped. i’m immensely proud if is hard work and dedication to this role — there couldn’t have been a better casting for this than him. i’m so excited to finally see him as bob dylan!

I had no idea they were trying to aim for a 2024 release with this one but I saw that tentative Dec 2024 release and I cried a little. Next big surprise. Chalamet! I think everyone was skeptical when he said he wanted to try to do the voice himself but I think he's nailing it here. That the trailer uses my favorite Dylan song just seals the deal. With Dune 2 and this, he's having one hell of a year. James Mangold has proven more than solid and this has an outstanding cast. This movie just catapulted into my top 5 most anticipated for the rest of the year and i'm hoping it stays on track.

Grew up with Dylan, when I heard Timothee start singing, my childhood came back in an instant.

The singing sounds good, I think he’s got the essence of Dylan without seeming like he’s straining to do an impression. I’m excited for the movie.

YES. As a huge Dylan fan this seems bang on. From the mannerisms playing live, the nervous energy, to the voice (which is so hard to pull off). I was afraid of this, but now I'm absolutely buzzing.
