Surprise, we got a Daily Look Box to review. LOL, I swear this clothing subscription box is impossible to cancel. But since it is here, we might as well chat about it. So here is a Daily Look Review that is raw & real.

  • I wouldn't keep anything. I worked in the fashion industry for over 25 years and these prices are outrageous! And their customer service is near criminal. Also a $40 styling fee is ridiculous to me at those price points. If you cant find a way to cancel your subscription get your bank involved. They are forcing people to stay stuck with them and that in itself is shady as heck. Love your blunt honesty always 🤗❤

  • Thank you for the review. You saved me time, money and headaches. I found that Macys has a stylist for free in my area and you don’t need to have a limit in what you buy. They will walk with you around the store, learn about you, grab your clothes, private dressing room and then run around the store finding other items and sizes for you. It was wonderful and they refused my tip and said she couldn’t take it.
  • Great video! I wish I watched this before I signed on. Spot on, exhaustive and very accurate review of this brand. The try on is the best part of this video. I too really like the clothes I’ve received from DL since Jan 2023, but that expired style credit is disappointing. The live chat is the best way to get assistance and they have actually been really helpful for me to that end. With that said, it is painfully obvious that I could save $$ by going back to Stitch Fix (which I would if they treated their stylists better).
  • I love this, I’m so glad you did this. I have the SAME feedback for them. Very annoying about being told which article of clothing to try on first and give feedback. Every bit of it I can relate to. They are so expensive. I didn’t even think about the clothes being older!

    Next time they charge you call your credit card company, contest the charge and ask them to block the company from charging you in the future.
  • What an eye opener with this box. I seriously was considering getting this one. But not now or ever! What a shame how they deceive us with their products and how old and marked up they are. If it was me I’d probably keep the blue sweater texture top or whatever that name of it was and I definitely would remove my credit card from that site. I had to do that same thing with planet fitness! I canceled in person and followed up in person a second time when I was charged after I canceled so I thought it over and took my card out of their account for me and eventually they stopped contacting me about updating my card for membership and it did stop. It’s sad that’s the only way I knew how to make it stop. It’s crazy how bad this subscription is for customers. I’m shocked. Thanks for the raw truth. You have no idea how really really close I came to joint this. Thank you thank you.

    I really appreciate the honest input about this box and company. Customer service is really important to me and if its hard to cancel a subscription then I don't even want to try it. Ive had a hassle in the past trying to cancel with some other companies. I agree the prices are too high as well.

  • I love the screenshot from the app showing ways to wear it and it just had a picture of the front of the sweater and the back of the sweater. I guess it's acceptable to wear it both forwards and backwards!

    Thank you for your honest evaluation. I received one box. It was filled with all the things I asked not to send and I said no skinny or fitted pants ( I’m recovering from a severely broken leg) They sent skinny and fitted pants. Ugh!I kept one button up top because I didn’t want to waste the $40. It was over priced, too. I learned my lesson.
