  • I'm happy to inform that I got cured from pcod within 10 months of zumba by dance with deepti... From my age of 20 whenever u scan i found cyst. I'm 35 now..     I am writing this comment because I am not consistent regarding exercises and dieting. It was okay until my health was not impacted some years ago. But now I am 28years old and my weight is 83 kg. I have to be consistent regarding my weight loss because now it's been impacting my health. I am glad that I found your channel and today was day 1 of my zumba. I am writing this because I sincerely want to loose my weight and to be fit. I luv Bollywood songs and dance.     Really enjoyed this. The movements were not too complex to handle for a beginner and also repetitive enough that I could actually figure out and follow along in time, instead of getting frustrated like a lot of other dance workouts I've tried. Thanks!
