  • Quote titles are a great way of finding out which commenters didn’t watch the video… I’m literally defending the game kids, chill
  • Bro it's summer, and we all know the game isn't finished, most of us bought it to just support the production
  • I bought it to help developer, but I will played it when it will be finished.
  • I bought it to support the devs. The fuck is that title? Dying? it s not a mmo. People just runs out of things to do.
  • bought it to support the game production, i will come back when the game has more stuff to do, no rush
  • The game was obviously overhyped. Everyone knew this. Greg knew this. Most players that actualy followed manor lords knew this, but many of those who ended up buying it didnt. Imo greg is complaining a bit too much and realy needs to put down social media, because everything that has been happening was predictable and its not his fault. He just needs to put a barrier up, stop giving so much atention to every opinion given, do a sean murray from NMS, and just focus on his dev team and the development of the game.
  • Wait, people are upset they pushed the dev to release the game early and not polished? Who could of seen that coming?
  • I really want this game to be what the dev initially wanted it to. I just want to build a decent little settlement with the stone manor/castle that is shown right in the banner for the game. I am not expecting Final Frontier + Total War, but at least let us get to the stuff they show in the artwork.
  • Believe it or not a game devs goal is to sell copy of games, not keep Concurrent players high. It sold a ton of copies and will almost certainly continue to have surges of sales when there are major updates or the full release
  • It's not fair to compare it to a AAA game. I'm just happy that this humble passion project received so much recognition.
  • It seems the concept of Early Access has been lost on a lot of people. You are getting access to an unfinished, unpolished, incomplete game to either help test it, get it at a cheaper price or help fund it. You are not getting a complete game or one that is nearly ready to go. I really think it should be re-labelled "Early Access Alpha" or "Early Access Beta" to help people understand. Can anyone tell me how long Baldur's Gate 3 was from Early Access day 1 to Release date please, I am remembering maybe 1 year or more ??????
  • I haven't played since the big market overhaul, not because I'm disappointed with the content in the game currently or my dissatisfaction with how the team is making updates. But because I don't want to burn myself out on the game for when big content drops come. Manor Lords is a project I want to play and support, not because it's big and flashy, or scratches a gaming itch (which admittedly it does) or have the devs promise us it will do everythong we ever wanted; but because its something I feel has been missing from the industry for a long while. A quality product, with a more than reasonable price, that isn't overstuffed with an ingame store or road maps that won't be lived up to. It is a game, that is what it says on the tin. For a game like that, I'm willing to wait as long as I need to.
  • I'm 275 hours into Manor Lords. I got all the achievements and have been having a fun time. I feel like I got my money's worth, even if they ended development right now.
  • It is a Singleplayergame, so what is the problem? Firstly I bought it in EA in order to support the dev, secondly what is already there is very robust, I´m looking forward to the finished product.
  • bought it to support the studio. loved the game, looking forward to it being finished and then I will play it again.
  • Dude, the game is not even out. It's a game under development, calm down. Hungry audience... 88% positive on almost 45 000 reviews... The majority of people are not disapointed by that game at all. They try it at first. See the potential and stuff to do. And just wait. That's exactly the goal of early access : Money for the development. With the first week with over 100 000 players each days, he get a lot of feedback for the rest of the year to work with.
  • From what we learned about making a game; They shouldn't rush it.
  • I’m excited to come back to this game every 6 months or so to watch it grow.
