Forget about the DUIs. Why would you hire someone for law enforcement who was discharged from the army for serious misconduct?
  • @freddyahavi4763
How do you hire someone dishonorably discharged from the army as a sheriff in the first place? And with 2 DUIs? Like what is the purpose of a background check?
  • @startthebengine
“He’s got two DUI’s, constantly fired from multiple offices, and even the ARMY didn’t want him” Chief: “He’s hired!!!”

Background check: 1) 2 DUIs 2) Jumped jobs SIX times in four years. 3) Fired by Logan County IL sheriff for violating Department policy and falsifying official reports. 4) Dishonorable Discharge from the Army for serious misconduct 5) Disobeying orders on high speed chase 6) Reported as being "Too Aggressive" by former employer YOU'RE HIRED!!!

Psychopath in law enforcement. Why isn't that even a surprise anymore?
  • @BLKnPrd67
Stop using Chicago as a backdrop for Springfield, which is 210ish miles away. This rural police crime has zero to do with the urban Chicago situation.

If he was black he wouldn't have had 6 tries to get it right. His day is coming when he hits the big house he just don't know when, wish they could film that.
  • The man is going to spend the rest of his life in solitary confinement. There is no way he would last 10 minutes in general population.
  • Hiring someone to police neighborhoods, with his track record is absolutely diabolical. HR needs to be held responsible
  • @TheErinlw
He’s pleading not guilty. The narcissists always do. Even with video evidence of his guilt.

I feel like we can stop calling it a police shooting and call it the murder that it was. The way he told her he would shoot her in the face and then did while she was cowering, he should never be able to breath free air. She called them for help. If you are fired from any law enforcement agency for misconduct of any sort......you should never be able to be a LEO again.

If we follow American logic here we see that being discharged from the army for serious misconduct can land you a sweet gig being a hazard to civilians.
  • @startingQB
This is why there needs to be a national registry for police officers.
  • @jemperor642
There are multiple people who should answer for this. 1. Of course the corrupt officer involved 2. His partner at the scene. At no time did he try to stop or correct his partner. He didn't try to help the victim, even after discovering she was still gasping for air. At no point did he ever speak up about anything, and had his body cam not been on, he probably would of remained silent. 3. The H.R. department and/or the heads of the police department. Someone saw this man's track record and still went along with hiring him. They either never looked at his record or ignored what they saw. Either way they have no business making those types of decisions.

If only an apology could bring people back from the dead. It hurts to see things like this. I’m just tired of killings in general.

"If we can't trust what you say, and what you see, then we can't have you in our uniform." That line from that Chief in 2022, should have been at the top of his file every time he applied for a job in different police departments. Smh.
  • This recording will put this guy in prison. Knowing he is a liar and untrustworthy to his former police department will destroy his defense.
  • @Pokerbrosmtt
Why do you think this guy chose that state to work at? He's trigger happy.. now he can be butt happy in a cell.
  • It turns out that she never picked up the pot. I just saw the new video on another channel. She had 2 pot holders in her hand while the pot was clearly still on the stove top. She said “I’m sorry ( after saying I rebuke you) and she slowly went to the ground cowarding down while holding a potholder in each hand. Then after 5 -10 seconds he just shot her repeatedly after she was already on the ground !!! Then when his captain came, he said that she came after him and threw the hot water in his direction. Then he said “that’s what all this is” while he was pointing to what I’m assuming was water on the floor in an attempts to try to prove that she threw water at him. Which to me proves that before the captain arrived, he poured water on the floor ( as a cover up) because we clearly see that she never picked up the pot and so therefore could not have poured water or threw water on him. He shot her because he wanted to. I’m praying that I never need to call the police for anything because I most like will avoid it at all costs. Sickening!!! Being imperfect should not get anyone killed.
