Forget about the DUIs. Why would you hire someone for law enforcement who was discharged from the army for serious misconduct?
  • @freddyahavi4763
How do you hire someone dishonorably discharged from the army as a sheriff in the first place? And with 2 DUIs? Like what is the purpose of a background check?
  • He executed that woman. If she was ducking down why would he shoot her?
  • Being discharged from the Army for misconduct is typically a dishonorable discharge. A dishonorable discharge results in the loss of rights to own a firearm in federal law. How was he even employed as an officer?

Background check: 1) 2 DUIs 2) Jumped jobs SIX times in four years. 3) Fired by Logan County IL sheriff for violating Department policy and falsifying official reports. 4) Dishonorable Discharge from the Army for serious misconduct 5) Disobeying orders on high speed chase 6) Reported as being "Too Aggressive" by former employer YOU'RE HIRED!!!

If we follow American logic here we see that being discharged from the army for serious misconduct can land you a sweet gig being a hazard to civilians.
  • There are people on different videos still making excuses for this thug after he murdered that poor lady, and saying he feared for his life from a pot of water.
  • @Yawefas-Ugly
She said “I rebuke you in the name of Jesus” and the demon in that coward shot her for it.
  • The man is going to spend the rest of his life in solitary confinement. There is no way he would last 10 minutes in general population.

Psychopath in law enforcement. Why isn't that even a surprise anymore?
  • @GrimStick
You mean to tell me I can get fired from 3 offices and have 2 DUIs and still get a job as a police officer?
  • @cg212
The sheriffs office completely failed by hiring and keeping him hired. The higher ups and even the sheriff that hired him need to resign.
  • Hiring someone to police neighborhoods, with his track record is absolutely diabolical. HR needs to be held responsible
  • @startingQB
This is why there needs to be a national registry for police officers.
  • @brianlb78
The police dept is just as much to blame for this. They hired him after he had been fired from other departments and had shown multiple red flags.
  • @rehtuluv
Don't blame him for moving and reapplying and ppl overlooking his past. The PD's need to be held accountable for re-hiring a POS. Who's checking their backgrounds?
  • @adublbeatz8656
"If we can't trust what you say, and what you see, then we can't have you in our uniform." That line from that Chief in 2022, should have been at the top of his file every time he applied for a job in different police departments. Smh.
  • @jhopkins213
My nephew got a marijuana possession charge when he was 17 and stupid. Then he got his sh*t together and graduated from college with a criminal justice degree intending to go into law enforcement. That misdemeanor charge when he was a MINOR followed him to every department he applied to and he was denied time and time again. And this clown gets dismissed from the Army and has not one but TWO DUIs?
  • @TheErinlw
He’s pleading not guilty. The narcissists always do. Even with video evidence of his guilt.

Stop using Chicago as a backdrop for Springfield, which is 210ish miles away. This rural police crime has zero to do with the urban Chicago situation.
