Over the years, I’ve watched many “how to” videos, but I wanted you boys (and you’re boys, because I’m an old lady), anyway… to know, this was truthfully the best video I’ve watched. I had my old iPad in my lap watching it, with my new iPad right beside it, while checking all my settings beside it. I kept stopping my old, while I could make changes on the new. If I didn’t do it this way, I would have forgotten some of your wonderful information. Thank you so much! Plus the blond boy was cute! 😊

Hey guys these tips are really great and useful. You’re both like the GPS on what do we do what and how on apple products. Thank you👍
  • @frenzyviz6296
Thanks guys. A great, easy to follow guide (if I pause & do it bit by bit 😄, can’t remember all at once…). I have stored it in “to refer to”.
  • @larisal1500
thank you both and this was very helpful info! There are just way too many settings these days & trying to figure them all out is overwhelming for me. Your explanations make sense!
  • @dianamilne123
Thanks. You’ve explained this well enough for an elderly lady to complete! Had to pause a lot though.
  • @hidesertmusic
Thank you! I had a lot of them closed but I found a few that I had missed.

Excellent video 👍👍👍👍👍 I was dubious at first as the first 3 or 4 you showed were already disabled on my iPad. But then all the others you showed were all enabled on mine, so I turned them all off. I’ll be interested to see if I notice a change in my battery life.
  • @ladyinparadise
Really useful information. Can you also do one for Android phones and tablets?
  • @TheNYSTA
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Soooooooo helpful. I had NO idea about those many levels of settings. 😊😊😊😊😊
  • @frankiejh7510
Congratulations. Faithfully followed all of your suggestions and now battery discharges twice as quick.

Wow! I often tune out with these kinds of videos’ but you were concise, clear and amusing. I get p.o.’d when I see a subscription renewed and always forget to cancel. This was really valuable and you saved me some dough. Thanks so much. Will tune into the iPhone tips later. I’ll be sure to share this info.
  • @_crislaz_
Thanks! That was very useful 👍🏻
  • @minnap
So useful! I followed along and switched settings off during the video.

Please do a video about optimising iPad memory storage! Music & Photos gobble up a lot: don’t want to lose Music, but is there a way for photos taken with iPhone to be saved to my Mac but not to iPad? Maybe I’m not using iCloud the right way?
  • @SR-cv8qy
Thanks for the great tips. I had previously disabled some, but you suggested many more. When I get to Turn off ‘Significant Locations’ it’s not accepting my usual password that I’ve been using all along for the Apple Store etc… Not allowing me to create a new password either. I’ve used prior passwords - yet all rejected.

I found your video very informative, especially with all the settings I can change since my iPad NEVER leaves my home. I was curious when I have an update is everything defaulted and makes it necessary to go back in and change everything again.
  • @Kimberlite66
This is pure GOLD! Thank you so much. I have reset as per your recommendation. I often wondered what they were all about, always too scared to touch them. lol. Good to know what they do and how to handle them. 👍. Top Notch!
