I dont think there's anything wrong with beeing rich and building a billion dollar house, but you gotta own that. Saying that it is a beacon of hope for the world is just ridiculous.
  • @trvr82
Nile's first words: "It's not just a house." Me: "Aw, shit. Here we go."

This man is simply unintelligent. This is a sign to everyone to work hard because if this guy can reach success at any point than so can anyone. Keep working, be humble, and learn what not to become by watching guys like this.

As I struggle from paycheck to paycheck teaching children in public school, nothing would make my life easier than a ppv filmed at "The One". Praise be.

I like how Michael cuts to the chase and brings Nile back to reality every time he starts dreaming
  • @AmonBreen
This should've taken 10 seconds Michael: "What's going on Nile .. tell us all about it?" Nile: "I messed up and I can't admit it, so I have no clue what should I say or do" Michael: "Thank you"
  • The stress from building this home has made this man go insane. How has he gotten this far in life with the same mentality of believing his savior is some guy he's never met in person only thru FaceTime. Like really who in the world would give you hundred of millions of dollars without ever meeting you 🤦🏽‍♂️
  • This guy is my hero. Everything he's done has had a major impact on my life. Praise be to the creator of The One
  • @tylervanwie6005
"I bought this land in 2012" "i've spent 12 years building this house" this man so coked up hes living in 2024
  • @Sparkles
Nile has been straight up scammed by facetime guy and lost his house
  • He completely lost me when he said “I deserve this house, I deserve it”. What a tool.
  • For the people watching this only now. The house sold recently for $141 million - $170 million incl. fees (different sources say different things). It was purchased by Richard Saghian the CEO of a fashion brand - Fashion Nova.

Respect to Michael, for treating this guy with respect, and not making him look bad, very decent of him.
  • @Merrick1995
Can’t wait to see Nile in series 2 of Squid Game.
  • "I'm an unbelievable human being." Never have I heard truer words. He's definitely one out of the box but for totally different reasons he thinks from what the rest of the world thinks.
  • This is exactly how my wife thinks I sound like when I try and get her to support one of my ideas. I feel you Nile.
  • This guy is nuts. “Beacon to the free world” Absolutely Nuts!

Imagine his position; he spent 10 years building the house to sell and couldn't get a buyer. He's been promised funds by conmen for his project, and now he's on his last legs. At some point, someone pitched the idea of changing the world with his house, while likely intoxicated. Once you start adding on his divorce/s, various drugs, along with bad friends and business partners, how this happened becomes clear. As such, the delusion has entrenched itself in his head and it is the only thing he can believe in to stop himself from breaking down.
  • If someone is wondering how it ended. According do Wikipedia: In March 2021, Niami's LLC, Crestlloyd, defaulted on US$165 million in debt related to the property, causing it to enter receivership.[12] A foreclosure sale scheduled for October 2021 was halted when Crestlloyd filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.[13] In July 2021, the 3.8-acre property was placed in court-ordered receivership by Los Angeles County Superior Court. Ted Lanes of Lanes Management was appointed as receiver.[14] Lanes oversaw completion of the property and secured a certificate of occupancy. Once valued at US$500 million, "The One" was formally listed for sale in January 2022 at an asking price of US$295 million.[15] It did not receive an offer and on March 4, 2022, The property was sold at auction for US$127 million
