I’ve had dizzy spells since I was little. I’m turning 66 in a few months and vertigo episodes were becoming more frequent as I aged. Three years ago, I lost 32 lbs & started walking everyday. I’ve changed my eating habits, greatly reduced alcohol intake (to almost none) and hydrate diligently. My vertigo disappeared. I pray it doesn’t return.
  • What a refreshing Program. I am 81 years old and people don't understand why i don't like to take meds. I always want to use only something holistic. I left two doctors who did not want to give up their prescriptions on me. I get dizzy and get neck pain, seasonal allergies, but being a Christian, helps me to deal with it.
  • This is a God sent! Your experience has made you a wonderful woman of compassion who is concerned about the welfare of others. Keep telling your story and let the world know that every condition isn't resolved by taking a PILL! I thank God for you!

I’ve developed Vertigo approximately 8 Months Ago, and Had to go to The Hospital by Ambulance, due to firstly My room spinning uncontrollably, so I had to close my eyes, and fortunately fell asleep. In the morning I went to get a drink from the kitchen, and became so dizzy, that I actually Fainted. That’s when I called an Ambulance. I spent The day and night in The Hospital, with no real help, but finally diagnosed with Vertigo, but no treatment. I’m now 71. Thanks 🙏 so much for Your Help, because I have so many different problems, and on so many medications, I’d be so Thankful indeed if You can help me through my Neurologist, whom I’ve already made an appointment with. You’re so Wonderful. ♥️♥️

The first 5 minutes of this presentation is about "The Presenters." At my age I forgot why I started watching, but I knew this was not the topic of interest. What was it? Dizziness and Vertigo! Use captions to show the name, title and qualifications of the speaker and or show credits at the conclusion. Get to the point before we all die of old age.
  • I have been suffering from vertigo since I am 18yrs old. I am currently 50 years old now and still having bouts of vertigo. This is the best information that I have come across related to the complexity of vertigo. Thank you for the work that you do and for this incredible video.
  • Thank you so much Dr. Kimberley & all doctors presented. Thank God for Doctors like you who truly care & not just make money like others. It's very informative. God bless you.🙏❤
  • Excellent! I never thought that the US has good doctors that care about their patients. Thank you so much for this valuable information that teaches the audience about things that should not be ignored. I always took care of my father when he was alive. I always like to educate myself with programs like this one. Wonderful! Thank you so much once again!

I have noticed a big difference in my balance since my cataract surgery, both eyes. Amazing how much sight is involved with balance. The senses are connected.
  • @createone100

This is an amazing presentation. I'm 72 years old and have had episodes of vertigo, which stops me in my tracks for decades. I don't have $ for a therapist, but the dietary recommendations I can do. Thank you for this video!!
  • @lisalee2885
Wow! I'm glad to hear about what these meds do. I don't want Meds at all and I'm 55. I've had mild vertigo episodes and dealt with it without Dr's. Pray for all of you to be happy and healthy 🙏💜😄

Dr. Kimberly Bell, you are a God-send, along with your 2 mentors and research staff as well. Saying thank you from the bottom of my heart is insufficiently insignificant, compared to the gratitude you deserve from myself and others out there who have not met which feels the same way about you having the guts to put this video out there. I have not finished watching the video yet, but I wanted to make sure I wrote this in the comments box before I lost my thought(s).
