Un niño necesita a su papá y a su mamá. Lo mejor es la custodia compartida. Hay que llegar a acuerdos por el bien de la niña. Es muy pequeña, y de momento puede ser que esté mejor en un sitio fijo, pero que no le falte las visitas y el amor del otro, sea del papá o de la mamá. Ahora, me parece que está siempre con su mamá. Si la nena está bien debería seguir porque está habituada a estar con su mamá. Y el papá debería dedicarle parte del tiempo del que disponga para estar con su hija. De todas formas el juez dispondrá donde va a estar mejor la niña y el régimen de visitas. Sólo una opinión más, tanto el papá como la mamá, aunque estén divorciados, deben olvidar sus diferencias y pensar sólo en el bien de la niña, así crecerá feliz con el cariño de ambos.
