The elementary school S bit brings back memories. I discovered a swastica in elementary school because I made an L and connected more and thought it looked cool. Drew it all over my papers. Needless to say the principle had a word with me
  • It baffles me how well Sam drew Yin and Yang but how he completely botched the cross
  • “When’s the last time they did anything?” For people who don’t know, literally 5 months later they won the World Series for the first time in 108 years
  • "At some point i'll do a second video..." WE ARE STILL WAITING, SAMUEL

yin yang doesn’t just represent balance between good and evil! it can represent the balance between any opposite forces. joy and sadness, masculinity and femininity, fear and calm, etc. it’s similar to the “night and day” or “sun and moon” comparison it just means balance and i find it fascinating and attach to it really heavily (i’m buddhist)
  • There's actually some deeper meaning in the phenoetic structure of aum. The "a" represents the start, the "u" represents expansion, and the hum-like "m" represents decline and death. I don't know how we came up with the visual design though.
  • “... the more obscure religious symbols” shows apple logo noice

"Why is a grilled cheese the best thing you could think of?" "Actually, grilled cheese was the evil..."

I love that Christianity chose a symbol of the suffering of the savior. It’s metal.
  • I found this guy yesterday, and he's freaking awesome. I already knew most of this, but I've been binging on this guy and will continue.
