Ingredients
Raw rice powder 8 glasses
Roasted urad dal powder 1 glass
Cumin seeds (crushed) 2.5 tablespoons
Sesame seeds also can be added
Asafoetida powder 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Water needed almost 3.5 glasses
( use the same glass used to measure rice powder)
Shredded coconut 2 coconut
Can be adjusted
Coconut oil nearly 3/4 litres
