Beautiful piece. I'm a 42 year old struggling writer who suffers from severe depression. I found this song again and it inspired me to keep reaching for my dream and push past the dark cloud in my soul to keep going. Strangely, the song fits my genre of Cyberpunk/Dystopia in an Otherworldly way.

My grandad is 91 years old. The most profound thing he's ever told me is Money won't be there at your funeral, memories will. Learn the value of the seconds you live, for working and money has less value than the world makes it out to have. Edit: Wow so many lovely comments, he will be turning 92 this year! This was during a conversation about a job opportunity that I had discussed with him and whether or not I should take it. I think overall, the message is all this work and money you earn or grind towards needs to be accounted for. Unfortunately, we all have an expiry date so put a REAL value on the time you have left. Make time for the things that mean the most to you.

I was looking for the most beautiful music ever. My search gave me Everdream. My heart was breaking and my mom was leaving her earthly body. So while she was laying there waiting to exit and looked like she was sleeping but was very aware what was going on, I played this for her and wanted her to know how I much I loved her. Her name was Evelyn, she was the most sweetest heart in this world. 😭. It's been 2 years now that I have been grieving my mom. This song gives me strength knowing this was playing in our last moments together. She is my angel in heaven and I know she did not die, but is traveling through in another form. I feel her soft touch on my arm. I love and miss her very much. So this song is the most uplifting and beautiful song for me. Thank you for all you do.🎈✨️⚛️☮️✨️💙🕯🤍

I went through depression for the last 10 - 12 years. And music was the only thing to keep me up. I don't know exactly how to explain what I feel when I hear Everdream or Suns and Stars, but I really do feel a connection. I always felt out of place and without a home. Maybe they didn't get good enough grades or are the most popular person around, or maybe they have some issue that causes them to be ostracized. Please, if you're reading this, please try to remember this: whenever you're feeling down and out, and that you're life is no longer worth living, look up at the night sky, away from man's brutality. Hi, Cesc Vilá, I would like to thank you immensely for this song. When I heard it for the 1st time, I was planning my 1st international trip and I was going alone. I put it in my mind that when the plane was taking off, this was the song I would be listening to. When it reached 4:16 of the song, exactly the part of greatest emphasis, the plane began to rise, taking its wheels off the ground, and at that moment, I felt my soul being freed. I was starting a dream (to know Italy), without ever having left Brazil, and alone. After that, every time I travel, when I take off, this is the song I listen to.
