Pros: They never leave you alone Cons: They never leave you alone
  • There are no cons! My Siamese is the smartest most gentle cat I could ever ask for. She’s a queen 👑
  • Our Siamese was silent the first 7 years of his life. I would tease him and get him all worked up and he'd meow with ferocity. Then he found his voice and I think he had a vocabulary of about 65 words. I'd ask him how his day was, and he'd look me in the eyes and go on and on about his day. It came across as mostly complaints. He died at 15 two years ago and I still miss him.
  • My 20 year old siamese mix passed last week--and she was the absolute best. She was the most affectionate, sweet, and beautiful cat I've ever owned.
  • They are wonderful cats. The only flaw they have is that you get too attached. I suffered too much when I missed mine.
  • My fur baby found me. He just randomly showed up in my yard on Easter Sunday. He's given my family so much joy and love ❤️

Just got my siamese cat today. Barely a few hours home and already king of my heart and the house.
  • My Siamese cat was with me for 19 years. He never ever cause problems, he was much like a baby pampered all his life. Where I live people may change or move to new places (renters that is) either May 1st or July 1st, so around July 2nd I heard a tiny little meow getting my newspaper, didn't think much about it. Later mid-afternoon, I decided to sit on my balcony to read a book, I heard more little meows, I was surprised because it seems to be from around the same flowerbeds or so. This time I look around, and there was this tiny little Siamese blue point kitten, I called him over and he did respond to my calls. Yet he was too tiny to get up my staircase, so I took him in my hands, went back inside, left him on a chair next to mine, and then fed him chicken breast pieces. Well, I name him Kymy, he was nurtured and declawed on his 4 paws, I was very mad at first not toward him, but who leaves a kitten who can't fend for himself outside on a day like this. Anyway, Kymy never was allowed to go outside again. He enjoyed our house 2 stories, 4000 Sq ft, to make it his domain. He would wait for me when getting back from work (did the same to my brother) he would meow his whole night fun to me, enjoying his daily 20 minutes of brushing, then feeding time, he would not leave me, he had to be at arm's lenght so he could be pet and feel love. When I was at my computer he was next to my chair, if I didn't pet him, he would jump on my knees and ask for more petting with a whole lot of meows and happy purring. He would sleep behind my bended knees and he was a happy cat until 2 or 3 months before he died due to old age, because in the last few days of his life he had trouble jumping to sleep behind my knees I had a little staircase done for him to go up or down.

I just adopted a part Siamese kitten and he's the most wonderful cat I've ever had. 🥰 He's best buds with my older cat and follows each of us like a puppy and cries when we're out of eyesight. He also likes to climb me if I don't pay him enough attention😂 I work from home so I'll always be here and I'm SO happy to learn they live to 20 years old. There are no cons from my perspective. I absolutely adore him 😍

My Siamese is 15 years old, still in great health and loves to sleep next to me. She’s the best. I hope she lives past 20 years. I’ve had her since she was a kitten.
  • I have a Flame Pointe Siamese cat. He is such a love bug, great companion, And yes, loves to play daily, hates to be alone. And, can be vocal. I just love this cat so so much. He was a rescue!

My mom used to have an apple head Siamese cat since 2006, she used to go with my mom everywhere. When I was born she was so calm/chill with me around, I used to pull her fur when I was 9 months old, she didn’t even care that much about it. When I was around 2-3 she ran away from home and she was never found. When I was 7 we decided to get a new Siamese mix cat, her name is Chloe. My mom owned her for 4 years and then I decided when I was 12 to take care of Chloe since I am an absolute cat person! She used to be really scared of me and now we are really close! She usually comes to my door in the morning and meows a lot since she wants fed. She is so gentle and friendly, she sometimes does hiss or get upset when people annoy her (mostly my dad lol). I’m turning 14 this year and she is super sweet! I love her so much! (Sorry if this is super unnecessary, I was bored and passionate 🤭)

My beautiful Siamese cat Marcqus passed away recently at the age of 22 y/o. Quite the talker clear up until he went to kitty heaven. He was a great companion.
  • I took a siamese cat, Baphomet Randy Savage, last year and it's amazing! talkative, hyper affectionate, hyper active and super super smart. It's the only one of my 5 cats which, when I finger point to something, looks in the pointed direction instead of looking at my hand! Plus when we travel for long distance as long as he can see me he stays super quite in his carrier!!

I have a traditional Siamese kitten, he has to be to most calm cat I’ve ever had, very well behaved, at least so far 🤣 he is always by my side🥺❤️
  • My flame point Siamese is a dingus 😆 dumbest cat I ever had but also the most loving and lovable. At 16, he doesn’t show any signs of slowing down yet and loves to spend most of the day sleeping on a heating pad. It’s true that they can get lonely when alone in the house so after his good friend, Lily, passed away at 18, I got Kahli the Destroyer (little black house panther) so he would have company. They ignore each other for the most part, but just having her presence is a comfort to him.
  • I have 3 siamese cats for over 5 years and this video is spot on. I had to move into small apartment snd only took one cat and the other two had to stay with relative until i found a larger house and my male Siamese hated the small apartment & missed his playmates after 6 months i moved and he was happy as can be now. Well done 👍
  • Ppl always tell me they want a Siamese like mine- and I warn them it’s a big commitment! Not just anyone can care for them. Siamese owners are special!
  • The only con I can think of a Siamese, is that when they die you're left like an empty carcass that remains having vitals even tho you died. When my 19 years old Micha passed away it was, I kid you not, harder to deal with than the death of loved relatives.
