  • hey, i worked on this game ! That's super cool to see your analyse of the game, thanks. About the police station : sometime ours artistes are putting texts on props because we take screenshots of it to generate thumbnail in our Asset-Tracker web page, so it's more convenient to find it at one sight.
  • 9:16 “unused Todd” cracks me up. Just this abusive drug addict dad has an unused variant. It’s not something I ever thought I’d hear
  • Aww even though Connor's face clips through Hank's shoulder, that zoom in on the hug is really cute
  • @iziwi2910
The level of detail in this game even outside the playable area is astonishing
  • was super excited to see this video release today as today is connor's activation day!
  • @pablog74
Dude stole the boundaries, cant have crap in Detroid.
  • The Bridge that’s labeled “Bridge” is supposed to be the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit. I’m guessing they couldn’t get the rights to the full name so they cut out the word “Ambassador”
  • @foxtp
I'll be honest, that first zoom out was the best I've ever seen on this channel. So cinematic lol
  • You should do a house tour and call it "Boundary Break: Shesez"
  • 9:02 That's it young lady, as long as you're under my roof, you're going to stand in my XYZ coordinates.
  • The low-quality eyes are likely there for LOD. At a distance, the highly detailed eyes don't need to be rendered completely, so the mesh can just remove the high detail eyes. Since the low-quality texture eyes are there, the player can't tell that anything is amiss from a distance. Now, for why there's high quality eyes under a mask (so you can never see those eyes in the first place), it's likely the masked character is just a variant of another character without a mask, and that the mask is just an add-on mesh.
  • That removed bathroom scene makes me think David wanted to have the player help Carl with going to the bathroom, but the other people in charge were like "We are NOT making the player help Carl do his business! That's just dumb!" If only they were around in previous games, to make David stop putting us in awkward moments like that.

9:17 “an unused Todd...” that line really got me for some reason, haha
  • @GTXDash
I also find it interesting that when the lighting on the characters seems to just randomly change, it is because the lighting needs to be different every time the cinematic cuts to a different shot of said character. Which makes sense because the same thing happens in film except obviously the light technicians need to physically move the positions of the lights in between certain shots.

Me: still sleeping after the new boundary break video came out My phone: WAKE UP LIEUTENANT
  • @Xaero188
Me: constantly complaining about how lonely I am. Also me when somebody tries to start a conversation: 4:06
  • Man, Cyberlife's got some pretty advanced technology, being able to explore the space-time continuum and go wherever you want is amazing
  • 2:35 You gotta admire this guy's perseverance. He hasn't a weapon on this helicopter so he did the only sensical thing: Ramming himself through his vehicle's floor and assuming the mediative A-Pose to get ready to use his rifle with his feet. 6:57 Looks that Carl is a huge fan of "The Holy Grenade". He apparently has every single issue ever printed.
