I liked how Johnny’s response to the pressure point was an aggressive attack. He stays true to his style, always striking first, doesn’t always work but he stays true to it.

To all those saying, "the pressure point didn't work" it did work. Johnny even yells, "what the hell, man?!?!". It's just that Johnny knew how to improvise and continue fighting w/o the use of his left arm.

This is an example of a show done right. A show where the writers actually respect their fans and love the source material. One of the rare gems in a sea of garbage these days

The fact that johnny was able to counter the pressure point technique was amazing

I was so scared when Daniel used the pressure point on Johnny, but was happy Johnny countered it. It shows they both are amazing fighters.

I just love how Daniel and Johnny are so used to fighting one another that immediately after the fight there is no hard feelings or anything lol, just back to normal.

The fact johnny is the only character who has countered the pressure point technique is crazy

Daniel used the most advanced Miyagi technique he knows (which almost killed Kreese) and Johnny was still able to break it. Johnny is truly a badass!

The Karate Kid is, with Cobra Kai, one of those rare franchises that managed to keep up the original spirit and make it work, while honoring the nostalgia.

Just in case anyone missed it: after their last attack, both stand up and want to see the results. No provoking, chitchat or arguments here. This scene is also very good because it shows that they actually have much respect for one-another, after what happened in the first 3 seasons.

Anybody else get goose bumps when they got in the same fighting positions they did 30 years ago while showing clips from their first fight. That's how you add to an old story.
