वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने मोदी सरकार के तीसरे कार्यकाल का बजट संसद में पेश किया। जिन अफसरों की टीम ने बजट तैयार किया उनमें एमपी कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी हरिरंजन राव भी शामिल रहे। राव साल 2020 से केंद्रीय प्रतिनियुक्त पर हैं। इस समय पीएमओ में एडिशनल सेक्रेटरी हैं....इसी तरह संदिग्ध वित्तीय लेन-देन पर नजर रखने वाली फाइनेंशियल इंटेलिजेंस यूनिट की कमान एमपी कैडर के आईएएस विवेक अग्रवाल के हाथ में है। केंद्र के टॉप 5 मंत्रालयों में शामिल सड़क, परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के सचिव एमपी कैडर के आईएएस अनुराग जैन हैंये तीनों अफसर जब एमपी में पदस्थ थे, तब वे पूर्व सीएम शिवराज सिंह चौहान की कोर टीम का हिस्सा रहे। अब केंद्र की मोदी सरकार में अहम जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे हैं। मोदी सरकार के पिछले 3 कार्यकाल को देखा जाए तो एमपी के अफसरों को अहम जिम्मेदारी मिलती रही है।तीसरे कार्यकाल में 5 अहम मंत्रालयों की जिम्मेदारी एमपी के अफसरों के हाथों में हैं। इस समय केंद्र में 38 आईएएस और 21 आईपीएस विभिन्न पदों पर हैं। ये पीएमओ, कैबिनेट सचिवालय से लेकर इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो और हाई कमीशन में पदस्थ हैं

The team of officers who prepared the budget also included MP cadre IAS officer Hariranjan Rao. Rao has been on central deputation since 2020. Currently he is Additional Secretary in the PMO... Similarly, the command of the Financial Intelligence Unit, which monitors suspicious financial transactions, is in the hands of MP cadre IAS Vivek Agarwal. Secretary of the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, which is included in the top 5 ministries of the Center, is MP cadre IAS Anurag Jain. When these three officers were posted in MP, they were part of the core team of former CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Now they are handling important responsibilities in the Modi government at the Center. If we look at the last 3 terms of the Modi government, MP officers have been getting important responsibilities. In the third term, the responsibility of 5 important ministries is in the hands of MP officers. At present, 38 IAS and 21 IPS are on various posts in the Center. They are posted in PMO, Cabinet Secretariat to Intelligence Bureau and High Commission.
