The pony mouth is really good. About the Griffin... I don't know which model do you use but beaks are more flexible than you think? I guess? XD Well, it's good. Keep up. You want to animate the whole music? [ Challenge ahead. ]

Considering what birds use when imitating human speech, you really don't need lipsync for them. Look at any parrot imitating speech, and you'll notice it's also out of sync with real birds.
