    Find myself returning to your channel for my workout again and again. Since I moved into a tiny apartment with limited space for exercising, I still feel I get a good, healthy workout. I may be 80-years-old, but I know the importance of keeping active. The kitty supervisor was a bonus!

    A new favorite! It's the best of both worlds: walk + tone. I aim to do 2 per day 3 times per week. And many thanks for the timer bar + countdown clock! 180 calories + 1,399 steps. 🙂
  • Thank you so much for these workouts.With my lower back I prefer low impact workouts and I love the fact that you have alternative moved for those of us who cannot do jumping.

  • Hi there Lucy I did this work out after your 10mins High or Low work out. I think for the walking exercise I did around 2400 steps. Though I did a light jog as opposed to fast walking. A great work out for when i have that bit more time . Back to work tomorrow:( so will keep to your shorter workouts which I love. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤
