  • Thank you so much Lucy for all your short exercises, l love them, especially the 10 min ones that I try to do every day morning and afternoons, just long enough for me. But I will occasionally do the 15 min ones which is great too. I am 79 in 3 months so find your 10 and 15 minute exercises great to get me feeling flexible and not too exhausting as I do it at my own pace if I get a bit tired. Thank you so much for keeping us oldies moving.
