Pound cake

Cake Flour: 1 pound or ~ 3 1/2 cups
Eggs: 1 pound or ~ 8 eggs
Honey: 1 cup
Unsalted butter: 1 pound
Vanilla extract: 2 tsp
Evaporated milk: 1 cup
Chocolate liqueur: 1 tsp
Sugar: 2 1/2 cups
Baking Powder: 1 tsp

1. Let all cold ingredients come to room temperature
2. Cream sugar and butter then add eggs one at a time
3. Mix well, scraping bowl edges
4. Add vanilla, liqueur, honey and evaporated milk
5. Mix flour and baking powder together
6. Combine dry ingredients to wet in 1/3 increments, mix well scraping bowl edges
7. Butter and flour cake pan
8. Pour batter in pan and bake at 300 degrees for ~ 1 1/2 hours
