Lasagna

Homemade red sauce or canned red sauce
Ricotta Cheese: 1 pound
Cottage Cheese: 1 pound
5 blend Italian Cheese: 1/2 pound bag
Grated parmesan: 1/2 pound bag
2 eggs
Chopped spinach: 4-6 oz bag or a 10 oz box frozen (drained)
Mushrooms: 1/2 pound chopped
No boil noodles: 1-2 boxes

Mix cheeses, add eggs and spinach together
Spray pan for lasagna
Layer red sauce, noodles, cheese mix, noodles, red sauce .........
Top with box of grated parmesan cheese
Cook uncovered for 45-50 min in a 350 oven then remove foil and cook another 15 min
