Something every child (and most adults) should see...often. Thanks!
  • Incredible perseverance. Well done! I remember when learning to windsurf, I must have fallen a thousand times. Really glad I pushed through it.

Hey bro, you made it, that's awesome! i can feel your pain on this long road, but you mastered it! respect!!!
  • Bro that’s amazing. For me it’s been 5 months of learning wave foiling in the ocean, it’s so difficult to get good conditions to go and try unless you have a wing or an efoil. That is why I always looked at dock starting, but never tried it, also I have a leash on so that’s a bit a problem haha. Anyway, incredible bro, go to the ocean and wove it a try!

That's so wonderful to see. Made me smile. Well done !

Way to stick with it and master a new skill! Im cheating and learning to pump behind a boat, but im hoping to be able to get a dock start down too.

Great video! Its hard and takes many sessions. I am at 1 session! :-) the hardest for me is to find a dock. ;-)

Outstanding documentation of the Learning Curve. Why did you choose to do your Dock Start with the Board out in front of you and jump on from a stand still start when it looked like you could have used the end of the canoe dock (background) and did a side run with board in the water, release board and jump on the board while it is moving? Have you tried the Run and Jump technique to compare to your Still Start? I look forward to your comments. Thanks for posting!

I feel like I don't make any improvements.. If I jump on, on which foot I lean on or start pumpin? Both or more the back one? But nice vid.
  • What a perseverance!!!!! And physical condition to make so many attempts every single day! You’re the role model man!! I’ll think about you at every attempt when I’ll start practicing and failing and learning and tuning ! Did you get hurt by the foil? I saw a couple of bad falls…. 😬 I guess the impact vest is more than welcome! From my side I have a 1900cm high aspect, 80cm alu mast (Decathlon Taaroa) but a too big wingboard 120L 195cm x 77 😅 is it impossible? Or does it worth some tries? Many thanks for this video 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
  • Is a foil gong allvator V1 1900cm2 good for learning if I weigh 70kgs?

What did you end up realize once you finally got it to ride flowlessly? Seems to be the shifting stance and body weight that you decided to shifted forward.
