  • I've seen a lot of reviews on screen protectors. I saw one on Astro pad wear like a professional artist said it got really damaged after 2 months. But he says all his screen protectors only last about 2 to 3 months. Because he's drawing like 8 hours a day. I find that true as well. My screen protectors only last like 3 months even like the Astro pad one. I don't know how yours managed to survive a year. Maybe you just don't press very hard. Some people just press harder
  • I have the Astropad on my iPad Pro 2018. Love it. Love the metal tip that comes with it. I just put an Adeway matte screen on my Surface Pro 8. Love it to. Always hated drawing on glass. The Adeway does not have a metal tip with but still very close to the Astropad for me.

Iā€™m definitely intrigued now šŸ‘€ Hadnā€™t heard of AstroPad before this video

Great video ima go try out this screen protector iā€™ve been using a tech armor one, but i feel itā€™s not as papery as i want it to be. Thanks as well for the screen cleaner rec Iā€™ll def try it out as well expecially for my monitor. also love for the left handed i want more left handed content creators (especially to help with left vs right hand issues in drawing or other creation)

I've had my paperlike on for five years with everyday use and I've experienced no bubbling at all. It's not an issue if you apply it correctly, and i think they include two sheets so you have another shot if you mess up the first time. The astropad seems like a great option for those who struggle with the application or want to swap between a matte and glossy screen often šŸ‘ Personally, I draw on my ipad constantly so i would prefer a protector that's always in place and has no risk of coming loose. Did you experience any accidental shifting of the astropad while you worked with it? Have you tried it with the magic keyboard? Ty for the video!

but does it come with a case for the protector when you take it off? plus your videos have helped a lot in my arts lately so thanks ā™„

Which has more resistance while writing? In other words which one feels more like paper and pencil?
  • @chistisadaf
Which paperlike is best in terms of maintaining screen clarity?
  • @JanSapper
Iā€˜m biased, but these removable screen protectors are more of a gimmick. After removing them a couple of times theyā€™ll get scratched on the back and collect dustā€¦ thatā€™s why Iā€™d go for a Paperlike instead. While youā€™re at it, try out PenTipsā€˜ PenMat 2, I suspect they buy off the shelf from the same white-label supplier.
